Short Description:

HB201L is made of specially selected rock such as basalt, after specific pretreatment, melting at a high temperature of 1500°C, fining and drawing, and special surface treatment. The surface of the fiber is smooth and complete, and the use safety is high and will not cause human injury. Because the brake lining produced by mineral fibre has remarkable characteristics such as stable and reliable braking, good high temperature performance, low wear, low (no) noise, and long life, it is deeply loved by friction material manufacturers. We add some modifiers and inorganic substances into the fibre to improve its softness and bonding.

● Safe, inorganic fibres
The starting point for mineral fibres is stone wool. This means that the fibres are actually made of natural stone. It makes them strong, versatile, temperature resistant and completely safe for humans and the environment. There are two distinct product lines for you. One product line has yellow-green fibres, the other is off-white. Both product lines have unique properties, making them suitable for different applications. HB201L is yellow-green fibre. Its features shows below:

● Soft fiber, moderate hardness, good fiber dispersion.
