HB11ZXL Inorganic slag wool reinforcing fiber mineral fiber for friction materials

Short Description:

Slag reinforcing mineral fiber HB11ZXL is a composite inorganic fibers used as structural materials. It is made of industry slag, basalt, diabase and dolomite by blowing or centrifugation at high temperature and then going through fixing length and shot removal. After it is mixed with modifiers and other organic composition , a new slag reinforcing fiber is produced and has increasing high temperature resistance, wear resistance and flexible toughness. The iron content of industrial slag is small, so the slag wool fiber is white-white. We have two product lines( yellow-green and off-white) are designed for different friction&sealing application.

PRODUCTS ADVANTAGES

Non asbestos, environment-friendly, fully pass testing of asbestos free.
Stable, pure rock composition, low shot content.
Excellent dispersion and combination with phenolic.
Dust suppression, it can inhibit the fine dust in the mixture to improve the working environment and reduce the irritation to the skin.
Good structure reinforcement effect. After adding some modifier and mica, it will be more flexible on toughness and not easy to be cut off when mixed with other friction materials(filler and etc).
Corrosion resistance, moisture resistance and wear resistance.
