Hebang Fiber is a high-performance reinforcing material made from natural minerals through a high-temperature melting process. Specifically designed to improve the overall performance of asphalt mixtures, it effectively replaces asbestos and is an ideal choice for constructing long-life, high-performance asphalt pavements. When dispersed in asphalt mixtures, countless microfibers form a three-dimensional network structure, acting like "microscopic steel reinforcement" for the pavement, significantly enhancing its resistance to rutting, cracking, and fatigue.

Usage Recommendations

Recommended Dosage: Generally, it is recommended to use 0.3% - 0.5% of the total mass of the asphalt mixture. The specific dosage needs to be determined through mix design tests.

Mixing Process: The "dry mixing method" is recommended. First, dry mix the aggregate for about 15-20 seconds to ensure uniform dispersion, then add the asphalt and wet mix, ensuring sufficient total mixing time.

Packaging and Storage

Packaging: Moisture-proof composite paper bag packaging for easy transportation and storage.
