📌 Product Overview

Hebang chopped basalt fiber is a high-performance inorganic fiber made from natural basalt rock. It is specially designed for use in road construction, concrete reinforcement, asphalt pavement, and other civil engineering applications. With excellent mechanical properties, chemical stability, and temperature resistance, it significantly enhances the durability and crack resistance of road materials.

✅ Key Features

  • High Strength & Modulus – Improves tensile strength and fatigue resistance of asphalt/concrete.

  • Temperature Resistance – Melting point up to 1300°C, suitable for high-temperature environments.

  • Chemical Stability – Resistant to alkali, acid, and corrosion.

  • Non-Toxic & Eco-Friendly – Classified as non-hazardous and safe for construction use.

  • Low Moisture Absorption – ≤ 0.1%, ensures long-term performance in humid conditions.

  • Uniform Dispersion – Chopped length: 6±1 mm, diameter: 17±0.5 μm.
